We have purchased hardball kit for women and girls to 'try before they buy' at training and for matches. Sponsorship money pays for winter training for women and girls so it is accessible to as many players as possible. It also covers the cost of coaching and umpiring courses to encourage more parents and players to get involved. We have a Women & Girls Week each year showcasing our thriving section and encouraging more women and girls to play.

We train together, and separately, from the men and boys at the club to provide a safe place. We also have a dedicated changing room for women and girls who are playing in a mixed team. We are partnered with Her Game Too Cricket.
