What are you doing to help Women & Girls thrive in Cricket?
We have 30 girls who play junior cricket and we have partnered with 2 other clubs the create a senior women's section with a W10 side and soon (hopefully) and hardball league side.
What are you doing to protect Women & Girls in Cricket?
We have recently fundraised to enhance improve our facilities for women and girls, including new toilet facilities. This was developed following consultation with with our female members and their parents. Our womens cricket offer is player-led so that key decisions are made by women for women and the committee support them to execute action under their direction. We mandate that the 5 senior leadership positions in the club have part female representation.
