  • What are you doing to help Women & Girls thrive in Cricket?

Our "crew" which is the women's team are a new team we've had running for the past few years. Some of the parents of the juniors were interested and we took that interest and doubled down on it. We now have a thriving womens team.

The women have also trained with the mens teams if they can't make their own training if numbers are low, they are involved in the end of season tournament. As we have elite players, they have also supported with free coaching too. Our aim is that the women, many of whom started player cricket as an adult, feel like they have an opportunity to improve and more than enough opportunities to play.
