What are you doing to help Women & Girls thrive in Cricket?
We started a women's softball team in 2024, and entered the inaugural Hertfordshire women's cricket league in 2025. We are trying to grow women and girls membership at the club to become a thriving sport for all.
What are you doing to protect Women & Girls in Cricket?
Making sure we have safe and inclusive facilities independent from men's games (training days, match days etc) , robust safeguarding policies. As this is a new initiative we are building on the policies and procedures currently to include EDI, wellbeing. We strive to be fully inclusive.
