What are you doing to help Women & Girls thrive in Cricket?
I have done my level 1 & 2 coaching in order to facilitate getting a women’s and girls softball group set in. In 2 seasons we’ve gone from 1 softball, to 2 softball, 1 hardball and a new U13 girls softball as we enter our 3rd season.
So I’m trying to create opportunities for the ladies and girls to play whether totally new to cricket or have already had a go. Plus I’m trying to develop these teams season on season.
What are you doing to protect Women & Girls in Cricket?
I’m trying to grow the numbers and amount of ladies and girls signed up and playing for the club. Giving them choices of hardball or softball. I’m hoping to start some of the girls with hardball training.
