  • What are you doing to help Women & Girls thrive in Cricket?

We provide girls with the opportunity to develop their cricket skills in conditions specific to them whilst also ensuring training is fun, challenging and inspiring. By providing professional female cricketers as role models and coaches dedicated to women's and girls cricket, we aim to instill the confidence required in girls both on and off the field. Our experienced coaches design high quality, personalised, training sessions which ensure players of all skill levels are able to advance at their own pace, providing a clear path for improvement. This allows them to concentrate on their specific areas of focus, taking them to the next level, whether this be school 1st XI, Club Captain, County player or beyond. Combined with our bespoke training sessions we provide opportunities for girls to take part in festivals and events which put them front and centre. These opportunities expose them to life experiences which they can learn from to develop in cricket and their wider life.

  • What are you doing to protect Women & Girls in Cricket?

Through partnerships with organisations such as Her Game Too, Fab Little Bag and Lacuna Sports we are determined to create an environment which demonstrates that women and girls are welcome, safe and respected in cricket. By championing the ideals which unite our community we are able to educate the wider cricketing group on the importance of women and girls in sport and the requirements they need to thrive. With coaches and staff, both male and female, who are entrenched in women and girls sport we ensure that a variety of opinions are heard to ensure we deliver the best experience for our girls.
