  • What are you doing to help Women & Girls thrive in Cricket?

At St Albans we're growing our women's membership each month and always actively looking for new players to join our community. Our junior section is rapidly growing providing a better pathway into women's cricket and we're actively providing access to coaching opportunities for our female players to become role models for our junior sections.

  • What are you doing to protect Women & Girls in Cricket?

Last year, our pavilion underwent a refurbishment to provide better changing facilities and accessibility through funding from the ECB's women and girls grant. We also partnered with FabLittleBag to become a period supportive club. We joined the inaugural Women's Hertfordshire Cricket League this season to help promote women's cricket in the area and grow the game. Every year, we would like to do something extra to help protect women's cricket and ensure it continues to thrive as it currently is.
