What are you doing to help Women & Girls thrive in Cricket?
We have just started our first women’s team, In hopes that in a couple years it will grow into a whole girls section. We have provided free kit to those who sign up, and this is something I would like to keep up while running this team. Looking to provide girls coaching opportunities and showing them all the coaching courses they could sign up to. I have tried to always be a positive role model in the women’s game and I’m hoping to reflect that at this new club.

What are you doing to protect Women & Girls in Cricket?
I’m trying to create an atmosphere at a men’s heavy club where the women feel supported and it’s seen as “one club” not just a club that has both men and women. On our kit we have 2 charity sponsors of NotOut, to help spread the mental health message (I’m good friends with Matt, so I know the amazing things he has planned and how he can help so many people) and Pad Up, to help spread awareness of period poverty (in Kenya) but are using the initiative to provide free sanitary products at the club.
